Venezuela's state oil company PDVSA and Repsol have signed a crude and gas agreement to boost output in northwestern Venezuela, officials from the two companies said on Tuesday.

The U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) approved Webster Bank's merger with Santander Bank on June 12, 2026, according to an SEC filing.
IBERDROLA IBE.MC
Iberdrola issued €1.50 billion of green notes in the euromarket, split into a €750 million tranche due June 2030 with a 3.13% coupon and a €750 million tranche due June 2036 with a 3.75% coupon, the company said on Tuesday.
PROSEGUR CASH CASHP.MC
Prosegur Cash registered a commercial paper programme of up to €400 million on the AIAF market, with notes of €100,000 nominal value, the company said on Tuesday.
INDRA IDR.MC
Indra is in talks with Germany's Rheinmetall RHMG.DE and MAN to partner on Spanish defence programmes worth €2.69 billion and €381 million, respectively, Spanish newspaper el Economista reported late on Tuesday.
