NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that certain legal and regulatory updates and amendments have been made to the prospectus relating to the €35,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme of Santander UK plc as issuer of covered bonds thereunder, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by Abbey Covered Bonds LLP (the "Prospectus"). The Prospectus is dated 30 April 2021 and has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority in its capacity as competent authority under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and is available for viewing by clicking on or pasting the following URL:
