Notice of AGM

 

 

Cambridge, UK, 20 May 2026 - Bango (AIM: BGO), announces that its 2026 Annual
General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 14:00 BST (UTC+1), on Thursday, 25
June 2026, at the Bango Cambridge office (Matrix House, Cambridge Business
Park, Cowley Road, Cambridge CB4 0WZ).

 

Shareholders can also participate online but must vote beforehand (see below).
Shareholders wishing to attend either in person or online should register by
emailing agm@bango.com (mailto:agm@bango.com) no later than 14:00 BST on
Tuesday, 23 June 2026. Proof of identity and shareholding will be required for
registration.

 

Shareholders attending online should ensure they submit their votes by proxy
or vote online through Equiniti, Bango's registrar, no later than 14:00 BST on
Tuesday, 23 June 2026. Details on how to attend the online broadcast and vote
online or submit your Form of Proxy are set out in the Shareholder Information
section of the Notice of AGM.

 

The Notice of AGM is available online at

(https://bangoinvestor.com/results-reports) and hard copy notifications will
today be posted to shareholders who have elected to receive them.

 

All valid proxy votes on the proposed AGM resolutions will be included in the
votes to be taken at the meeting. The results of the AGM will be announced as
soon as practicable following the conclusion of the meeting.

 

The Board welcomes engagement with shareholders. Questions relating directly
to the formal business of the AGM may be submitted in advance by emailing
agm@bango.com

no later than 14:00 BST on Tuesday, 23 June 2026. Responses to relevant
questions will be published on www.bangoinvestor.com as soon as practicable
following the AGM.

 

Following the conclusion of the formal business of the AGM, there will be an
online Q&A session with the Board. Shareholders are encouraged to submit
questions through the online platform.

As announced on 27 April 2026, the Bango 2025 Annual Report is available to

(https://bangoinvestor.com/results-reports) and has been mailed to those
shareholders who opted to receive hard copies.
