Bank Muscat Bond issue under EMTN
Bank Muscat, is planning to raise US dollar funds under its Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme which is listed on the Ireland stock exchange. The Bank will engage a number of leading banks to act as joint lead managers and book runners to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing on April 20, 2016. A benchmark USD Regulation S only bond offering may follow. The amount and tenor of the Bond will be subject to market conditions.
