Bank Muscat EMTN issue closes
We refer to our earlier disclosure on April 18, 2016 and would like to inform the market that Bank Muscat successfully closed a 5 year, USD 500 million bond issuance under its Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme with regional and international investors. The deal carries a coupon of 3.75%. The bonds will be listed on the Irish Stock Exchange and is under English law.
