We refer to our earlier disclosure on Feb 25, 2016 and confirm that all regulatory approvals are in place for the bank to proceed with a representative office (non-transactional) in the Islamic Republic of Iran. The bank is in the process of registering the Representative Office and expects it to open later in 2016.
