Dubai Financial Group replaces its proxy on the Board of Bank Muscat 
 
Further to our disclosure on April 27, we can confirm that Mr. Ahmed Mohamed
Aqil Alqassim has received Board and Regulatory approvals to replace Mr.
Abdullatif Abdulla Ahmed AlMulla as the Dubai Financial Group proxy on the
Board of Directors of the Bank.
