Ethics, Conduct and Culture Committee (ECCC)

Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company announces the establishment of a new Board Committee namely the Ethics, Conduct and Culture Committee (ECCC). The ECCC will provide oversight and approval of key ethics matters, oversee the workings of the Disciplinary Committee, decide on matters of conduct and reputational risk and handle issues of Corporate Social Responsibility with an aim of setting and maintaining the right risk, control, customer-centric and economic prosperity culture.

 

The composition of the ECCC is as follows:
