Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company announces that its Board of Directors will convene on Monday, 25 May 2020, to examine the financial results for the Bank of Cyprus Group for the quarter ended 31 March 2020.
 
The financial results will be announced on Tuesday, 26 May 2020, before market opens, to the London Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
