Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company ("BOC Holdings") announces that on 6 October 2021 the European Central Bank approved the appointment of Mrs Eliza Livadiotou as an Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Bank of Cyprus Public Company Limited. The appointment is also effective for the Board of Directors of BOC Holdings. 
 
Mrs Livadiotou is the Executive Director Finance and is responsible for Financial Control, Treasury, Strategy and Corporate Finance, Investor Relations & ESG, Regulatory Affairs, Sourcing, Procurement & Vendor Management and Economic Research.
