Changes in the composition of the Committees of the Boards of Directors

Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company ("BOC Holdings" and, together
with its subsidiaries, the "Group"), and Bank of Cyprus Public Company Limited
(the "Bank") announce that at their respective Board meetings held on
Wednesday, 30 August 2023, the Boards decided the following:

 

 

1.   To appoint Monique Hemerijck to the Risk Committee (RC).  The
composition of the Risk Committee is now as follows:

The change is effective as of 1 September 2023.
