Bank of Georgia Group PLC publishes its Annual Report 2023

 

Bank of Georgia Group PLC (the "Company") has published its Annual Report and
Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2023 (the "Annual Report
2023").

 

The Annual Report 2023 is available on the Company's website at
bankofgeorgiagroup.com (https://bankofgeorgiagroup.com/) . It will be
submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for
inspection shortly at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
(https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism) . In compliance with
its obligations under section 6.3.5(1) of the Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules, the Company also releases the unedited full text of its
Annual Report 2023.

 

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for 17 June 2024. The Notice of
the AGM will be dispatched to shareholders on or around 13 May 2024.
