Bank of Ireland Group plc (BIRG) ("the Group") announces that subject to
approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 21 May 2026, the
proposed final dividend for 2025 of 45.00 cent per share (ISIN: IE00BD1RP616)
which was announced by the Group on 2 March 2026, will be paid on 9 June 2026
to shareholders on the register on 24 April 2026.
