Bank of Ireland announces the appointment of Ms Niamh Marshall as an
Independent Non-Executive Director to the Board of Bank of Ireland Group plc
and the Court of Directors of The Governor and Company of the Bank of Ireland
with effect from 23 June 2025.
Ms Marshall also joins the Audit and Risk Committees.
As a Partner with KPMG, Ms Marshall specialised in financial services,
including retail and wholesale banking and investment management. She has
developed extensive experience across financial services, audit and
accountancy, risk management, controls and governance.
Ms Marshall serves as a Non-Executive Director on the boards of Greencoat
Renewables plc, Kepak Group Limited, and Ulster Bank Ireland DAC. She also
serves as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Irish Rugby Football
Union.
Ms Marshall has previously served as a director on the board of the
Alzheimer's Society of Ireland.
