    The world's largest cement maker gives an update on its Q4 
figures and how its merger is faring.

    The world's largest staffing company reports its fourth 
quarter figures at 0600 GMT, which also give an insight into the 
broader economy by showing hiring trends.

    A U.S. federal judge in Houston has thrown out a lawsuit 
accusing UBS Group AG of hiding fraud by its client Enron Corp 
from retail customers, a decision that may end a 15-year legal
