Swiss stocks - Factors to watch on May 15

ZURICH, May 15 (Reuters) - The following are some of the 
main factors expected to affect Swiss stocks on Friday 
       
    COMPANY STATEMENTS  CPR-CH  
    * Adecco  ADEN.VX  said its shareholder Artisan Partners 
L.P. holds 5.40 percent of the share capital of the staffing 
company.  ADEN.VX  
    * Bobst  BOBN.S  said it is acquiring 65 percent of Nuova 
Gidue Srl, an Italian manufacturer of narrow and mid-web 
printing presses, with the option to purchase the remaining 
shares. Financial details of the transaction weren't disclosed. 
 BOBN.S  
    * Banque Cantonale de Geneve  BCGE.S  said it has completed 
a senior debt bond issue of 150 million Swiss francs ($163.59 
million).  BCGE.S

    April PPI due at 0715 GMT
