** Co says tax authority cuts liability for FY2019-20 to 6.9 mln rupees ($77,836.37) from 450.9 mln rupees
** Stock on track to snap 3 months of losses; up 2.3% so far in Nov
** BANW last up 2.2%, cutting YTD losses to 30.9%
