    ** Stock hits its highest level since June 4
    ** Uranium and copper explorer signs deal to acquire Lamont
Lake uranium exploration project in Canada
    ** About 51.5 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of around 2.4 mln
    ** Stock trading flat YTD, including session's moves
