Australia's ENRG Elements surges on doubling uranium estimate at Niger project

** Shares of ENRG Elements  EEL.AX  jump as much as 25% to
A$0.02, their best intraday pct gain since March 15
    ** Says its Agadez uranium project in Niger contains twice
the amount of uranium as previously estimated 
    ** Uranium grades also expected to be 6.8% higher than
previously estimated 
    ** As of last close, ENRG shares down 42.9% YTD
