A$0.04
    ** The Australian metals explorer says placement to raise $3
mln to fund exploration and Development of Agadez uranium

    ** Placement comprises issue of about 90.9 mln new shares at
an issue price of A$0.033 per new share
    ** The placement, however, was at a discount of ~10% to its
last close on May 31
    ** Stock up ~60% this year, as of last close
