Secured Fixed Income plc (the "Company") announces that it has been informed
that Lisa Pereira, a person closely associated with Michael Bayer, a person
discharging managerial responsibilities for the Company, has purchased 19,500
of the Company's 7.5 per cent. sterling-denominated bonds due 2029, as further
set out in the table below.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of
the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014, as it forms part of UK domestic
law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
