** Stock logs largest intraday pct gain since late October 2016

** Communications tech firm says it received lump sum payment of $9.03 million from Roadpost after resolution of all remaining matters on co's divestment of Zoleo

** Says payment comprises $2.53 million in settlement proceeds and $6.5 million from co's stake sale in Zoleo

** More than 13.8 million shares change hands, 17.8 times the 30-day average

** Stock rose 30.8% last year
