** Shares of online furniture retailer Overstock.com
OSTK.O up ~15% at $24.33 before the bell
** OSTK wins an auction for Bed Bath & Beyond's IP and
digital assets, a court filing showed on Thursday
** Last week, Overstock said it would buy certain assets of
the bankrupt home goods retailer for $21.5 mln
** OSTK jumped nearly 12% on June 6 after WSJ first reported
on the online retailer's interest in Bed Bath & Beyond
** Incl that, the stock is up ~9% this year through Weds
