    ** Shares of online furniture retailer Overstock.com
 OSTK.O  rise as much as 9% to $23.10 
    ** Stock on course for second straight session of gains
    ** OSTK wins an auction for some of Bed Bath & Beyond's
assets, including intellectual property and mobile platform, a
court filing showed on Thursday
    ** Last week, Overstock said it would buy certain assets of
the bankrupt home goods retailer for $21.5 mln under a "stalking
horse" bid
    ** OSTK jumped nearly 12% on June 6 after WSJ first reported
on the online retailer's interest in Bed Bath & Beyond
    ** Including that, the stock is up ~9% this year through
