    * Chuanqi Tourism, Chuanqi Cultural And Chen entered into 
guarantee contract with BOB 
    * Guarantees in relation to principal, interests and other 
relevant fees of loan under loan agreement 
    * Chuanqi Cultural And Chuanqi Tourism, as guarantor, 
entered into counter-guarantee contract 
    * Counter-guarantee contract to guarantee repayment of full 
amount of rmb190 million paid by chuanqi tourism under guarantee 
contract
