Australia's Bell Financial rises after AUSTRAC rules out regulatory action

** Shares of Bell Financial Group BFG.AX rise as much as
7.8% to A$0.970 - their highest since May 12
** Co receives final notification from the country's
financial crime regulator AUSTRAC
** In February 2022, AUSTRAC had ordered co to appoint
external auditors for three of its operating units to examine
compliance with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism
financing laws
** Co says after considering the audit reports, AUSTRAC has
decided to not take any further regulatory action
** As of last close, stock down 8.2% this year
