** Gold miner raised A$156.5 million ($98.95 million) at an offer price of A$0.85 per share

** Co says offer price is at 25.8% discount to stock's last close

** Stock on track to record its worst intraday pct fall since July 26, 2024

** Stock up nearly 2% this year, including the day's move
