** Stock marks its biggest intraday pct gain since June 17

** Gold miner produces 38,941oz of gold in the June quarter, higher than 25,146oz produced in the March quarter

** BGL reports gold sales of 38,754oz in June quarter, as compared to 25,775oz sold in March quarter

** Stock down over 17% this year, including the day's move
