Nov 29 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions
and disposals were reported by 1530 GMT on Monday:
** Azul SA AZUL4.SA confirmed making an offer this month
to combine with Chile's LATAM Airlines Group LTM.SN , which is
in bankruptcy proceedings, but the Brazilian airline said it had
since decided to focus on its own operations.

** Clearlake Capital Group said it would buy Quest Software
from Francisco Partners, as the investment firm seeks to tap
into the pandemic-spurred surge in demand for enterprise
software and cybersecurity tools.

** Norway's Equinor EQNR.OL has agreed to sell its stake
in the Corrib gas field to partner Vermilion Energy VET.TO ,
the Norwegian oil firm said, putting an end to its activities in

** Flora Growth Corp FLGC.O has signed a licensing
agreement with luxury goods brand Tonino Lamborghini to sell
cannabidiol-infused beverages in North America and Colombia, the

** The chief executive officer of Spain's BBVA BBVA.MC
said the weaker Turkish lira has reduced the price of its deal
to buy 50.15% of Turkish lender Garanti GARAN.IS by more than

back, after India's Reliance Industries RELI.NS denied a media
