("Beowulf" or the "Company")

Result of General Meeting

Beowulf (AIM: BEM; Spotlight: BEO), the mineral exploration and development
company, is pleased to announce that the resolutions tabled at its General
Meeting held earlier today were passed on a poll. The first resolution was
passed as an ordinary resolution and the second resolution was passed as a
special resolution.

The number of votes lodged by proxy for and against each of the resolutions
proposed, and the number of votes withheld were as follows:

 Resolution 1 (Ordinary)                                     30,407,610  97.45  794,136        2.55  8,482

 To authorise the Directors to allot shares in the Company
 Resolution 2 (Special)                                      29,730,482  95.33  1,457,514      4.67  22,232

 To disapply statutory pre-emption rights

 

As at 17 January 2023, there were 831,710,636 ordinary shares in issue.
Shareholders are entitled to one vote per share. Votes withheld are not votes
in law and so have not been included in the calculation of the proportion of
votes for and against a resolution.
