Admission of shares to trading
 
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 190,000 ordinary shares issued in May and December 2019, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on the LSE (as depository interests). Dealings are expected to commence on 17 April 2020 (Admission).
 
The Company's issued ordinary share capital following Admission continues to be 258,605,420 ordinary shares as previously advised in December 2019.
 
The above figure of 258,605,420 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company, under the ASX Listing Rules and/or the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
