fall as much as 10.5% to A$0.355
    ** Stock currently down 7.9%, eyes worst day since Dec. 12,
if losses hold
        ** Uranium miner says it has 
    received
     formal notifications that a high court in Spain has
annulled its land permits
  
    ** Adds, it will submit appeal to defend its position
    ** Stock up 35.7% YTD, as of last close
