Berkeley seeks $1 billion in arbitration against Spain over uranium mine dispute

MADRID, May 28 (Reuters) - Australian mining group
Berkeley Energia  BKY.L  said on Tuesday it has filed a request
for an arbitration against the Spanish government to seek $1
billion in damages after it refused to give a final approval for
its uranium mine project.
