2025 Annual Report

Berkeley Energia Limited ("Berkeley" or "Company") advises that its 2025
Annual Report has been published today and is available at
https://www.berkeleyenergia.com/investors/companyreports/.

The 2025 Annual Report will also be uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism
which will be available at
https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

Hard copies of the 2025 Annual Report will be sent by post to those
shareholders who have elected to receive them, or they can be obtained free of
charge on request.

The Company also advises that an Appendix 4G (Key to Disclosures: Corporate
Governance Council Principles and Recommendations) and 2025 Corporate
Governance Statement have been released today and are also available on the
