Notice of change of interests of substantial holder
On 20 December 2016, Berkeley Energia Limited (Company) was notified via the filing of a Form 604 with ASX that Anglo Pacific Group plc (APG) had provided a notice of change of interests of substantial holder (as defined by the Corporations Act 2001) of the Company due to a share allotment made by the Company on 16 December 2016 leading to a dilution of APG's holding in the Company. APG further sold 1.8 million shares in the Company between 23 November 2016 and 19 December 2016. APG now holds 23,810,861 ordinary shares in the Company which represents 9.36% of the Company's issued capital.
