Notice of change of interests of substantial holder
On 10 November 2016, Berkeley Energia Limited (Company) was notified via the filing of a Form 604 with ASX that Resource Capital Fund V L.P., RCF Management L.L.C and RCF V Annex Fund L.P. (together RCF) had provided a notice of change of interests of substantial holder (as defined by the Corporations Act 2001) of the Company as of 10 November 2016 due to a number of shares issued by the Company on 9 November 2016 which has led to a dilution of RCF's holding in the Company. RCF continues to hold 25,570,000 ordinary shares in the Company which now represents 10.82% of the Company's issued capital.
