Homebuilder Berkeley's annual profit misses expectations June 24 (Reuters) - British homebuilder BerkeleyBKGH.L reported annual pretax profit below expectations on Wednesday, as construction activity slowed amid the war in Iran and higher building and growing buyer caution costs squeezed margins.
