to A$0.105, set for best day, if gains hold
    ** The Malaysia-based gold mining co says it executed a
non-binding term sheet with its major shareholder Quantum Metal
Recovery for provision of up to $300 mln offtake funding
facility
    ** Co says deal to fully fund production at Bau Gold project
and other deposits within the Bau goldfield corridor in East
Malaysia
    ** BEZ stock at its highest level since Feb 9, 2022
    ** Stock down ~23% this year, as of last close
