 * Company intends to use up to 70% of the share placement net proceeds for the 
   group's growth and expansion 
 * Estimated net proceeds from the proposed share placement are approximately

 * Says is appointing, on a non-exclusive basis, wealth union as one of its 
   global marketing agents 
 * Says entered into a memorandum of understanding with Qingdao shenyou medical 
   investment holding 
 * Says mou regarding the company's proposed expansion into the haemodialysis
