Bezant Resources ("Bezant" or the "Company") is pleased to inform shareholders
that further to its announcement on 2 April 2025 it has now received the
Environmental Clearance Certificate ("ECC") for the Hope and Gorob Mining
Project ML 246 on EPL 5796 in  Namibia.
