General Meeting Result

 

Bezant (AIM: BZT),  the copper-gold exploration and resource development
company, further to its announcement of 19 November 2025 confirms that at its
General Meeting held earlier today the shareholder Resolution to approve the
Proposed Acquisition of a 90% shareholding in Namib Lead and Zinc Mining
(Proprietary) Limited which owns the NLZM Processing Plant was duly passed.

 

Passing of the Resolution was one of the key Closing Conditions for completing
the Proposed Acquisition. A further announcement will be made in due course to
confirm its completion.

Unless otherwise indicated, all capitalised terms in this announcement have
the same meaning as in the GM Circular dated 19 November 2025.
