    ** Announces approval for its FMX Futures Exchange from
Commodity Futures Trading Commission 
    ** U.S. Treasury and Secured Overnight Financing Rate
futures will trade on FMX
    ** BGC to combine its Fenics UST cash Treasury platform with
FMX Futures Exchange - CEO Howard Lutnick
    ** Stock rose 91.5% in 2023
