** Shares of Bharat Parenterals BATP.BO rise exchange-allowed maximum of 5% to 1,037.25 rupees

** Pharmaceutical co on Saturday said its unit Innoxel Lifesciences has cleared U.S. FDA inspection at its Vadodara facility

** Inspection concluded with issuance of a single observation under Form 483 which is procedural in nature - BATP

** A Form 483 is a type of agency report containing observations that FDA inspectors deem to be objectionable

** Stock down 29.3% YTD
