SANTIAGO, May 12 (Reuters) - Copper production from Chilean state-run miner Codelco COBRE.UL fell 9.98% year-on-year in March to 110,900 metric tons, data from copper commission Cochilco showed on Tuesday.
Production at BHP's BHP.AX Escondida mine, the world's largest copper mine, fell 15.75% to 101,600 tons. At Collahuasi, another major copper mine jointly run by Glencore GLEN.L and Anglo American AAL.L, output fell 10.80% to 31,400 tons.
