2023 Notice of Meeting

BHP Group Limited (BHP) will hold its 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the
Adelaide Convention Centre, North Terrace, Adelaide, South Australia on
Wednesday 1 November 2023, starting at 10:00am (Adelaide time).

The Notice of Meeting and Proxy Form can be accessed via BHP's website at
bhp.com/agm and have been submitted to the FCA National Storage Mechanism and
will shortly be available for inspection at:
