BHP Group Limited (BHP) announces the resignation of John-Paul Santamaria as a
company secretary of BHP effective Friday, 10 March 2023.

Stefanie Wilkinson remains the Group Company Secretary and Prakash Kakkad
remains a company secretary of BHP.
