UPDATE 1-Bilfinger lowers 2026 outlook citing weaker performance Adds further details from bullet 1
Sept 16 (Reuters) - German industrial services group Bilfinger GBFG.DE on Wednesday lowered its 2026 outlook for the second time, citing weaker-than-expected performance amid geopolitical uncertainty.
The company now expects annual revenue of €5.3 billion ($6.07 billion) to €5.7 billion, down from an earlier forecast of €5.4 billion to €5.9 billion.
Bilfinger cited weaker performance partly due to ongoing geopolitical uncertainties for the lower full-year outlook.
The company also said it expected to incur one-off costs in 2026 impacting earnings of about €75 million in its newly launched Agile program.
The program is expected to contribute around €75 million annually starting 2028, the Mannheim-headquartered company said.
Bilfinger's 2030 revenue growth outlook remained unchanged.
The company had lowered its 2026 margin expectations in August following its second-quarter results.
