Aprea Therapeutics jumps on positive data from cancer drug candidate

** Shares of Aprea Therapeutics  APRE.O  jump 19.2% to $5.78
in extended trading, set for best day in over 18 months 
    ** Co says its cancer therapeutic shows tumor reductions in
lung cancer patients who previously took other cancer therapy,
and complete remission in a bladder cancer patient with prior
chemotherapy exposure in early and mid-stage trial 
    ** Data is from a trial of co's drug, eprenetapopt, in
combination with Merck's cancer drug, pembrolizumab, sold under
the brand name Keytruda - APRE
    ** Stock on track to open at a two-month high on Tuesday 
    ** APRE, which gained more than 10% last week, down 1.4% YTD
