Result of Annual General Meeting

 

Billington Holdings Plc (AIM: BILN), one of the UK's leading structural steel
and construction safety solutions specialists, is pleased to report that at
the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all Ordinary and
Special Resolutions, proposed at the meeting, were duly passed.

 

32 shareholders were present at the meeting either in person or via proxy. The
issued share capital of the Company at the date of the meeting was 13,334,327
Ordinary shares. The total number of proxy votes received, and votes cast at
the meeting was in respect of 7,751,308 shares, which represents 58% of the
