Notification of transactions by directors/persons discharging managerial responsibilities
 
 
As noted in the Company's report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018, the Board's remuneration committee provisionally granted bonuses to Biome's Executive Directors, Paul Mines and Declan Brown in relation to the 2018 financial year.  These bonuses have been accrued but not paid.
The Company announces that the following share options have been granted in respect of all unpaid bonus amounts in lieu of cash payments.

These share options can be exercised at any time until 30 April 2022. No shares that are issued from options exercised can be sold, other than to settle any tax liability directly associated with the exercise of these share options, before 30 April 2020.  The Board has resolved that Mr Brown's 18,733 options will not lapse when he leaves the Group, which, as previously announced is anticipated to occur at the end of April 2020.
